NAVIGATOR Automation Platform 103: Introduction (US)

This four-day class includes:

  • Two days of software introduction, practices, and principles. We use simulated axes in a 3D environment to operate and program
  • One day of practical motion exercises, cueing, and rules. We use a mechanically compensated lift and travel rig to carry out cue programming and operation exercises. Programming using our Polaris console.
  • One day of general automation overview where we discuss TAIT system architecture, troubleshooting practice, how to contact TAIT Support. Familiarization with our E-Stop appliance (ESA), Compass handheld console and Nav Hoist chain hoist. Exercises to set limits and bypass limits on our Nav Hoist and Compass handheld console.
